As part of our collaboration with a leading OEM, we analyzed and optimized processes using wheel management as a representative example.

Before RLE Mobility was brought on board, the customer’s wheel supplier tracking relied on manually maintained Excel files – one per model line, per supplier. The result: high coordination effort, limited transparency, and increased susceptibility to errors.

Shortly after project launch, we worked with the customer to establish a scalable solution based on standardized processes, automated workflows, and centralized tracking. We ensured seamless integration into existing OEM-specific processes — but also introduced new workflows where they improved speed and management quality.
